Science and technology are changing with each passing day, and electronic products are developing in a more convenient, safer, and more automated direction. Among them, automatic driving of automobiles is becoming popular. At present, they all promote safe driving, but there is almost no guarantee of absolute safety. Often in the media and news, accidents occur due to excessive reliance on the automatic driving system in the car in the case of fatigue driving. Therefore, many people still drive by themselves during long-distance trips and returning home for the holidays. At this time, the driver's concentration has been quite tested. This research is mainly based on the lane shift and collision avoidance system built in the cars, together with brain wave detectors and heart rhythm monitoring watches that can receive information via Bluetooth, to obtain the driver's physiological information in real time and return it immediately The car express service platform for ITS system to evaluate the behavior analysis of drivers. When the driver's physical condition is not good, timely warnings and reminders are given to reduce the driving accidents that most drivers force on the road due to ignoring physical fatigue, so as to avoid the occurrence of car accidents..
