The study of dry adhesive bonding phenomena in microfluidic channels

摘要

Polymer, such as thermoplastic, is one of the major substrate materials in microfluidics or lab-on-a-chip (LOC) applications due to its simple and low-cost advantages. In polymer microfabrication process, bonding is the critical final step determining success creation of the microfluidic device. And dry adhesive bonding this an important technique for microfluidics due to its simplicity. In uTAS 2018, we detail study the dry bonding phenomena in microfluidic device for better bonding strength and bonding coverage.
