摘要

Ion surfactants and phosphatidylcholine vesicles were prepared without addition of buffer and salt. The interaction between these surfactants and vesicles was studied by simple conductometry. The effects of ionic head group and the alkyl chain length of surfactants (C₁₀-C₁₆) on the thermodynamic parameters K and Re^b were determined. Furthermore, the influence of salt addition was highlighted.
