摘要
Due to extreme season changes in Taiwan, the instability of channels cause damage to agriculture, destruct riverbanks, endanger residents, and so on. The study focuses on the trend of channel changes comparing two case studies during the wet period from 2008 to 2014. The approach is based on geospatial analysis for classification of satellite images to observe the trend of the concave slope through a time series. Finally, the result of channel overlap mapping and hotspot analysis can serve as a reference for the administration to deal with disaster prevention and river management.
