摘要
Early efforts towrd the development of a system intended for glucose sensing using glucose oxidase and potentiometric measurement techniques are described. Potentiometric measurement, in principle, is relatively simple in experimental arrangement and in operation. Consequently, the technique may be easily adapted for in vivo applications. Several immobilization techniques of glucose oxidase were studied. The electrochemical characteristics of the immobilized enzyme electrode were investigated. The effects of catalase on the electrode performance were also examined.
