N2 - Recently, the rising of Web 2.0 has made online community gradually become popular, like facebook, blog, etc. As a result, the online knowledge sharing network formed by interpersonal interaction is now a major character of Web 2.0, and therefore, by this trend, we try to build up a collaborative service mechanism and further set up an analysis mechanism under which. A similarity analysis was conducted on learners' personal data in order to recommend learning partners of the same interests and specialties to learners. Under this recommendation mechanism, we can support Mobile Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning activities (MCSCL), building up learner-oriented mobile learning knowledge networks.
