摘要

Supply network planning considers the strategic configuration of business logistics to maximize the economic performance of a manufacturing enterprise. Normally it is a complex decision problem concerns the long-term organization of suppliers, production factories, distribution centers and manufacturing resources so that an efficient decision support is necessary. This paper proposes a decision support method for the supply network optimization. In it, the business process of a supply chain is described by the Supply Chain Operations References (SCOR) models firstly. Then the value of business processes in the supply chain is evaluated by the methodology of Value Engineering (VE), wherein the concept of value and loss function of Taguchi method is applied. An experimental analysis is executed to evaluate the performance of the proposed method.
