摘要

A controlled reaction on the surface of polyacylonitrile hollow fibers was developed to substitute the CN unit to a CHNH2 unit. Ion exchange measurements of the chemically modified fibers indicate the existence of the NH2 unit on the modified surfaces. Bovine serum albumin (BSA) was immobilized on the surface of the modified hollow fiber using the succinimide reaction. Ultrafiltration experiments for optical solution of racemic amino acid were also performed using the immobilized BSA membranes. The immobilized BSA membranes efficiently demonstrated optical resolution of racemic phenylalanine. It was observed that optical resolution of racemic phenylalanine is dependent on the concentration and pH of phenylalanine solution.
