title = "Preparation of pluronic gels and animal cells behaviour on the pluronic membranes",
abstract = "The regulation of cell attachment on the surface of Pluronic F127 membranes depending on temperatures and platelet adhesion on pluronic-adsorbed polysulfone membrane was analyzed. The polysulfone (PSf) membranes were prepared by casting 5wt% PSf solution of 1,2-dichloroethane. Aqueous fibronectin was dropped and immersed into the pluronic membranes in order to make the membranes insoluble in aqueous solution. It was found that the number of bound platelets was lower on membranes with a decreased amount of adsorbed fibrinogen. It was suggested that pluronic gel membranes should be set in more insoluble conditions in aqueous solution for the temperature-induced switching of cell adhesion and detaching on the pluronic gel membranes.",
