title = "Outbound logistics optimization of manufacturing enterprise based on SCOR model",
abstract = "Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model gives a framework for the business process analysis of manufacturing enterprise, wherein a supply chain is identified as four stages: Source, Make, Deliver and Return. In it, the main process Deliver describes the outbound logistics which includes the warehouse management, transportation and distribution and thus has a significant influence on the efficiency of the time-to-market of the supply chains. This paper proposes a method for the outbound logistics optimization of manufacturing enterprise. In this method, the business process of a supply chain is described by the SCOR model firstly. Then the value of business processes refer to outbound logistics in the supply chain is evaluated by the methodology of Value Engineering (VE), wherein the concept of value and loss function of Taguchi method is applied. An experimental analysis is executed to evaluate the performance of the proposed method.",
