Nonlinear waves in a developing process.

Equations for the nonlinear, wind generated waves are derived. The governing equations for the wave process as an irrotational motion of an incompressible ideal fluid with a free surface, whose undisturbed position is on the reference plane are presented. The dispersion relation and time scale analysis, Hamiltion equations and the main evolution, generalized Schrodinger equation, a developing nonlinear single wave and three dimensional instability analysis are all discussed.
