Negative-to-Positive Photoconductance in Plasmonic Nanostrip with Anisotropic Conductivity

摘要

This paper asserts anisotropic conductivity is required for negative/positive photoconductance that depends on the phase of the dominant transverse field in a metal nanostrip. A novel near-infrared silver-based photodetector producing strong such fields is described.
