摘要
In this study, Sr(Ce0.6Zr0.4)0.8Y0.2O3-δ proton-conducting ceramics are synthesized both using the solid-state reaction (SSR) and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA)-citrate complexing methods. The crystal structure, electrical conductivity, electrochemical performance and hydrogen permeation of the Sr(Ce0.6Zr0.4)0.8Y0.2O3-δ ceramics are investigated. The conductivity of the Sr(Ce0.6Zr0.4)0.8Y0.2O3-δ prepared by EDTA-citrate complexing method is 0.0081 S/cm at 800-C, which is about twice that of sample prepared by SSR method (0.0039 S/cm). The hydrogen permeation flux of the Sr(Ce0.6Zr0.4)0.8Y0.2O3-δ prepared by EDTA-citrate complexing method increases from 1.102 to 1.745 ml min-1 cm-2 as the temperature increases from 500 to 800°C, which is higher than that of sample prepared by SSR method (0.574 to 1.466 ml min-1cm-2). The structure stability of the all Sr(Ce0.6Zr0.4)0.8Y0.2O3-δ samples is good in water, no structure decomposition phenomenon is oberved.
