abstract = "We propose a sandwich nano-fin to further reduce the aspect ratio requirement of PB-phase metasurfaces. The phase modulation ability and polarization conversion efficiency (PCE) of GaN/amorphous silicon (a-Si)/GaN sandwich nano-fin were investigated. Compared with GaN nano-fin, the aspect ratio of sandwich nano-fin dropped from 6 to 4. Moreover, the PCE was up to 69.36%, which was 1.56 times higher than the GaN nano-fin under the same aspect ratio.",
