Investigation of localized surface plasmon enhancement on organic light emitting diode by numerical analysis in 3D model

摘要

Organic light emitting diode (OLED) has developed rapidly in recent years, which has number of studies that have confirmed that localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) can enhance light intensity directly. It is commonly manufactured from metal nanoparticles. The improvement of light emitting is related to the size, interparticle of nanoparticles, and the refractive index of surrounding material. We build a 3D simulation model that can observe LSPR phenomenon in the space more thoughtfully in order to obtain optimization of fabrication parameters for OLED.
