abstract = "In recent years, with the maturity of virtual reality (VR) hardware devices, many VR software contents have gradually enriched. Existing VR services require level hardware configuration. In the near future, 5G will be able to provide high-bandwidth, low-latency wireless network services, and SDN technology will virtualized mobile network hardware functions, it will be able to create exclusive network transmission services according to different usage scenarios. 5G and SDN are considered the basis for high-quality mobile VR streaming applications. In this study, we developed a VR streaming server prototype exploring the feasibility of managing bandwidth dynamically by SDN functions.",
