摘要
In μTAS 2017, we demonstrate using nanostructure silicon surface for both electrochemical sensing and mass spectrometry (MS) detection on a single analytical platform. Effects of the nanostructure silicon surface process parameters to the electrochemical sensing as well as MS detection sensitivity limit were evaluated.
