abstract = "An energy saving LED luminaire for agricultural lighting is presented in this paper. To improve the traditional agricultural lightings, the beam shaping technology is required. The LED luminaire is composed of three parts, LEDs, collimator, and micro-lens diffuser. In this paper, the advantages of the LED luminaire are obvious, including uniform and energy saving. With a comparison for traditional agricultural lightings, the LED luminaire can save 63 % in energy consumption.",
