Enhanced Gas Sensing of p-Type Co3O4 Nanoflowers by n-Type ZnO Nanowires

摘要

The ${p}$ -type amorphous structure Co3O4 nanoflowers are synthesized on ${n}$ -type single crystal ZnO nanowires/glass substrate by chemical bath deposition. The humidity sensing of p-n nanocomposite was exhibited the ${p}$ -type characteristics in the lower 50% RH, and revealed n-type property when RH is higher 50% RH. The p-n nanocomposite sensor was revealed good sensing ability for various organic solvents gas. Among them, ethanol is the most sensitive.
