摘要
The effects of heat treatment on the structure and corrosion-resistance of electroless Ni-Mo-P alloy deposits containing 0-12.1 wt% molybdenum were studied. During heating, electroless nickel underwent structural changes, formed the Ni3P phase, and crystallized Ni. Substantial hardness increases were observed at 400°C. The corrosion resistance of the as-deposited alloys decreased with increasing Mo content in NaCl solution. Furthermore, electroless nickel shows a higher wear rate when tested in NaCl solution than tested in air.
