摘要
This research proposes a rescheduling optimization model for high speed railway at stoppage time that occurs as a result of related disaster. Mixed integer and dynamic programming have been chosen to solve the model under CPLEX. Rescheduling activity for updating an existing schedule in response to disruptions is needed. This research has taking Taiwan High Speed Rail as an example, we apply mathematical programming, assumptions as well as input and output values are configured by using real data from THSR. The model has obtained a timetable result as good as the real timetable in two hours (that is, 7442.51 seconds). Rescheduling results could determine the new timetable for calamity. This research provides a model that is capable of generating new timetable when an accidental event occurs. We expect this to increase the ability for crisis management, service quality and leads to positive long-term prospects for Taiwan High Speed Rail operations.
