摘要

Blood cell separation is one of the important technologies in transplantation of blood cells and endothelial cells to patients. Membrane filtration has been used for the industrial separation of blood cells. Membrane filtration technology has merits of easy and simple operation, sanitary aspects and an inexpensive method compared to other cell separation methods. However, only few studies have been reported for the blood cell separation using membrane filtration. Here we report the cell separation between blood cells and endothelial cells through Nylon net filter. Human Umbilical Vascular Endothelial Cells (HUVEC) in recovery solution was purified by centrifugation and was cultivated for 7 days, after isolation of HUVEC through Nylon net filters from peripheral blood.
