The Information Management department was established in the seventy-fourth academic year of NCU with the main purpose being developing professionals with skills in information systems development required by local companies; and to contribute to the long-term development of information management. During 1991, in view of the gradual development of society and the increasing demand for information technology applications, a master's degree was annexed to our programs. Then, in 1994, a PhD class was added in. Compared with other information management departments in Taiwan, this department is characterized by the cultivation of management skills, making sure its members are capable of managing enterprise IT applications, enabling students to have the ability to run and lead an enterprise towards success while coping with globalization.指紋
