單位簡介The Department of Chinese Literature (DCL) was founded in 1969 with a full establishment covering undergraduate, masters and PhD programs, and part-time master program. Further in 2009, we were approved to establish the Graduate Institute of Chinese Drama and Opera. The areas of research and instruction of the DCL cover Chinese traditional philosophy and thought, poetry and prose, textual research, and philology. We are also devoted to the promotion, application and development of Taiwanese literature, in order to provide students with a deeper understanding of Taiwanese language and literature, and thereby to develop solid and profound cultural literacy.
