組織簡介
工學院源自1969年化學工程系成立迄今，歷經 50餘年之發展，院級組織目前包括一個院級學士班、三個學系、七個研究所、二個學位學程、七個研究中心及一個精密儀器中心，在工程教育上所涵蓋之領域及規模架構已相當完整。結合政府六大核心戰略產業，及聯國永續發展目標，以能源科技、智慧系統、功能材料、環境永續為四大研究發展主軸，整合及跨本院各系所研究重點領域。 工學院的教育使命如下：
1.積極培育各階層具專業、敬業、樂群和全方位發展潛能之人才，以持續貢獻社會。
2.堅持學術研究、開拓新知、創造學問，領導科技之持續進步。
3.秉持專業學識，關懷社會貢獻專長，接軌國際及促進社會之永續發展，並回饋提升學術研發能力。
