Abstract
A tunable pseudo-resistor featuring a wide input voltage range and ultra-high resistance is proposed. It is composed of serial-connected PMOS devices operating in the subthreshold region. An auto-tuning circuit involved makes the pseudo-resistor robust against process variations and common-mode voltage shifting. Operation and theoretical analysis are detailed. Simulation results in a 0.18m technology demonstrate the advantages of the proposed pseudo-resistor.
