Abstract

Recently, a team process approach, called the meetings-flow approach (abbreviated as MFA hereafter), was introduced to help conduct collaborative software development training. The approach was reported with some initial technical benefits. In continuing the research, we further investigate such an approach from the social and team-related aspects. The entire investigation consists of two parts: the identification of the investigation constructs, and the report of the investigation results. This paper serves as the first part. In this paper, we primarily focus on the review of the social aspects in student projects, and consequently deliver two constructs for the investigation.
