Abstract

Distance Learning system is one of the most important applications of multimedia and communication technologies. In the past few years, Tamkang University has a special interesting group of research faculties from computer engineering, education, and literature departments. We follow the operation procedures of a virtual university, and developed a set of tools to be used by students, course designers, and instructors.
