abstract = "In this paper, a secure transmission method based on the wireless vision sensor network (WVSN) using the surveillance system was proposed. The computation task has been divided between the sensor node and the central server. A low complexity algorithm was calculated on the sensor node, and the central server computed the high operation algorithm. We also proposed the foreground segmentation algorithm to get the foreground mask which can protect the user security. Based on this technique, we have implemented it in some home-care applications. The foreground segmentation achieved a high recognition rate. Our proposed was able to achieve real-time processing information on raspberry pi 3. This system can be extended to other smart home applications in the future. ",
