Abstract

High-resolution electronic spectra have been obtained and analyzed for transitions terminating in levels of the à state of Ne·OH from the vibrationless level to near the dissociation limit. These results are used to construct a potential surface for the stretching motion in the à state and to obtain dissociation energies in both the à and X̃ states.
