Abstract

Optimal design for a uniform and collimating LED lamp with high brightness and Lambertian angular distribution LED chip is presented. A special form lens with total internally reflecting surface is designed by a theoretical tracing method and optical tracing software (ASAP™) and obtained a set optimal structure parameters for our aim. It is numerically shown that the lamp.
