Observer synthesis for uncertain T-S fuzzy systems with the actuator and output disturbances

Abstract

This paper proposes a method to synthesize an observer for the uncertain T-S fuzzy systems with the existence of the disturbances on both the actuator and output. The proposed method can estimate the unmeasurable states and the disturbances, simultaneously without being impacted by the uncertainties and the disturbances. The uncertain T-S fuzzy system will be transformed into an unknown input system, and be reconstructed with one more dynamic equation of the disturbance. Based on the Lyapunov function and LMIs technique, the conditions for observer synthesis are derived. Finally, a numerical example to prove the success of the proposed method is presented.
