Neural-net concept for fabricating HOE in photoresist

Abstract

In this paper the neural net concept is applied to obtain the desired process parameters HOE (holographic optical elements) fabrication with a photoresist material. Technique of image processing is adopted to solve the massive amount of work in the database of surface relief grating fringe patterns recognition. Experimental results of HOE fabrication shoe agreement with the practical results.
