Abstract

A phase shift keying demodulator featuring miniaturisation and ultra-low power is presented. By taking advantage of a high signal-to-noise ratio on wirelessly power-combined data transmission, the demodulation can be performed without the carrier recovery circuits requiring phase lock loop, making the design quite competitive with those currently demonstrated in the literature.
