Abstract

Video Downscaling requires good performance while complexity is still low to satisfy huge amount of video transmission request. In this paper we present architecture to terminate the errors with low complexity, and a technique is proposed to further enhance the performance of our architecture. With the detailed analysis of Open-Loop architecture, the source of errors is revealed and analyzed. Experimental result shows that our architecture can largely improve the performance and reduces the complexity.
