Investigations on heterojunction silicon solar cell by using silicon-boron alloy target

Abstract

The properties of heterojunction silicon solar cells were studied by using boron grains and silicon-boron targets. A higher efficiency of 11.7% and good stability were achieved by using sputtering with silicon-boron alloy target.
