Abstract

Poly[1-(trimethylsilyl)-1-propyne] (PMSP) membrane has the highest gas permeability. This property, however, decreased with time or thermal hysteresis. This paper shows effects of poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) or poly(trifluoropropylmethylsiloxane) (PTFMS) filled in the PMSP membrane on the diffusivity, solubility and permeability, and especially the stability of gas permeability.
