Abstract

This paper demonstrates porous polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) microchannel fabricate for conductive polypyrrole deposition as high stretchable conductive microchannel using standard PDMS soft lithography process. Fabrication procedure, electrical properties, and stretching repeatability results are reported.
