Abstract

The expert system algorithms about the grey situation decision-making (GSDM) for this purpose of this study focused on decision support tools, statistical process control (SPC) in high-tech semiconductor industry to collaborate commerce systems of the case studies. Grey situation decision-making (GSDM) is used to evaluate the synergy of a number of commerce system characteristics the quality of performance. The main contribution of the collaborative commerce system can provide decision-makers to do the quality control of internal referral decision.
