Abstract
The LIF excitation spectra of several DCCI Ã-X̃ vibronic transitions between 570 and 620 nm using a combination of direct current discharge and supersonic free jet expansion techniques were successfully recorded and a total of three vibronic bands as observed. Dispersed fluorescence spectra following pumping of the DCCl à state (0,6,0), (0,7,0), and (0,8,0) levels were obtained for the first time. This paper provides good experimental data for refining calculations on potential energy surfaces.
