Abstract
We propose a novel joint subcarrier, power, and bit allocation scheme for multiuser OFDM systems. After the subcarrier allocation for all users is determined based on the Lagrangian multiplier method, the proposed approach simultaneously utilizes the related calculation results in the procedure for the power and bit allocation. It is indicated that the proposed algorithm provides the same performance but with great computational complexity reduction compared with the existing algorithm.
