Abstract

This paper describes the concept of educational robots and gives an experiment of using a facial expression robot as the interface of learning companion. After surveying learning companion systems we found some deficiencies about these systems. Therefore we make use of the facial expression robot in learning and try to find out a solution to make up the deficiency.
