Abstract

Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene): polystyrene-sulfonic acid (PEDOT:PSS), a conducting polymer, has attracted much attention in biosensor development due to its high bio-receptor immobilization capacity, good conductivity, high stability and biocompatibility. Graphene is a highly promising material for electrochemical sensing because it possesses a much larger specific surface area and an excellent electrical conductivity. In this work, we demonstrated a PEDOT:PSS modified screen-printed graphene electrode as a practically useful material platform for highly sensitive electrochemical detection.
