Abstract
A new method was used to derive the Stokes drift. Full non-linear terms were included in the equations which were transformed into integral equations by Fourier-Stieltjes representations. Solution was obtained by the method of successive approximations. To the second order, the result was similar to that of Kenyon (1969).
