Abstract

The stochastic acceleration of subrelativistic electrons from background plasma is studied in order to find possible explanation of hard X-ray emission from the Galactic Ridge and galaxy clusters. From our analysis we show that the energy supply required to produce this emission is much less than it was obtained in the framework of previous models.
