Abstract

A single-pole-double-throw (SPDT) switchable bandpass filter (BPF) based on capacitively loaded multicoupled line is proposed. The output port can be designed as either single-ended or differential one. The proposed multifunctional circuit can effectively integrate the functions of SPDT RF switch, BPF, and balun. Compact size and good performance are achieved.
