Abstract

This study proposes a novel method for controlling and measuring supply chain management software quality. The expert decision-making algorithm-based method offers an evaluation method that can provide information system (IS) industry decision makers or administrators with a valuable reference for evaluating the IS quality between the end user and developer. Importantly, the proposed model can provide a reference material for decision makers or administrators, making it highly applicable for academic and management purposes.
