Abstract

Aluminum-based Schottky photodetection dominated by two leaky plasmonic mechanisms resolved by diffracted orders and eigenmode computations is demonstrated at visible frequencies. The measured per-unit-area responsivity is 298.1444 ¹A/mW/mm2 and the EQE is 2.6878%.
