A process to high efficiency stable inverted perovskite solar cell

Abstract

This report presents the methods to prepare high quality MAPbI3 film for the p-i-n (inverted) perovskite solar cell. A detailed step-by step to improve the grain size and thickness of MAPbI3 film and the photovoltaic performance of the corresponding cell were discussed. The results demonstrate that the grain size of MAPbI3 film (the film quality) directly related to the efficiency of perovskite solar cell and high quality MAPbI3 film can be prepared by simple but creative method.
