Abstract

The software-defined radio architecture has extended the digital realm into the intermediate frequency (IF) signal processing functions, e.g. band-selective filtering and up/down frequency conversion, required in wireless communications. In this paper, we proposed an implementation architecture of a modular digital up converter which is derived from a computationally efficient algorithm of multi-channel digital up converter presented in [1].
